Attorney Famuyide Wins Waiver of Fraud Allegation To Obtain Green Card for Immigrant

attorneywinsfraudIt was another victory for the Law Office of Attorney Famuyide as the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services approves another application for waiver of fraud allegation and cleared the way for the issuance of permanent resident status to an immigrant who has spent over 20 years in the United States in illegal status.

In pursuit of this victory, Attorney Famuyide put together 500 page brief and supporting documents to convince the Immigration Service Officer who reviewed the matter of the need to approve the case.

The approval of the waiver and the issuance of the permanent resident card ended the jubilating immigrant’s fear of deportation and the inability to travel for over 20years. It was a happy conclusion to a matter brought to Attorney Famuyide after the initial denial based on the allegation of fraud on the ground that the immigrant was inadmissible pursuant to law.

Breaking News!! President Obama Grants Some Haitians Family Reunification Parole

This much anticipated announcement was made almost 5years to the earthquake that paralyzed Haiti in January 2010 leaving millions living in tents and abject poverty until now. While this announcement is a welcome development, weeks before the election, it might not be enough to save the Democrats from the looming defeat this midterm election.

President Obama Delays Immigration Benefits Until 2015; Latinos Voting Republican in Nov. Election

president_obama_delaysAs the reign of President Obama as the president of the United States progresses towards the lame-duck stage of his administration, there is a clear indication that there will be no immigration relief these remaining months of the year 2014.

The U.S. Immigration News could garner from the chats of immigration and political pundits that despite all these years and months of promises, President Obama has decided to delay any discussion or issuance of any executive order on immigration until the year 2015. After many years of failing to engineer the passage of any meaningful immigration reform bill, it appears that the Latino voters are not too excited about voting for the Democratic Party anymore. If all the recent election polls are right, many of these voters will either abstain from voting or vote for the Republicans during the midterm election in November.
