December 2010; President Obama's Last Chance to Pass Immigration Law

Obama_cover_story_copyAs admitted by President Obama, the November 2, 2010 was a referendum on the policies of this current administration and the President and his surrogates failed woefully in the court of the American people. There is no sentiment about it, majority of Americans are hurting. It is the responsibility of the President to fix the problem and not shift blames. Results are rewarded, efforts are not.

The immigration policy of the President has brought untold hardship to many immigrants. The current administration has the audacity to boast to have the best record of deporting more immigrants that any of the previous presidents. Today, there are a record number of immigrants facing removal proceedings. These immigrants are subjected to indescribable expense to pay legal fees while answering the deportation charges in court.

Are you a Green Card Holder?

Attorney Famuyide will Help you Bring your Spouse and Children to the U.S. in about Six Months

greencard_holderIn the midst of Obama’s ineffective immigration policies, U.S. Immigration News has found another silver lining that could benefit many immigrants in the United States who are waiting for their spouses and children abroad to join them. It is the good news we will like to share with our readers this month.

On January 20, 2009, President Obama was inaugurated as the first black President of the United States. It was an occasion filled with pomp and pageantry. Attorney Famuyide Wins Adjustment Case in New York Court

ballotIn the midst of the current immigration legislation drought in the U.S. Congress, immigration attorneys all over the U.S. are scrambling to save one immigrant at a time from the modern day slavery in the United States. On October 25, 2010, Attorney Famuyide rescued another immigrant from the jaws of deportation into the pathway to fulfilling the American dream. At exactly 4:00pm, one of the most revered immigration judges in New York delivered the verdict admitting Attorney Famuyide’s client into the United States as a permanent resident alien after about 10years of battling with the uncertainty of his future in the United States.

The victory was particularly sweet considering that it occurred after two marriages and two previous denials before the Citizenship and Immigration Services. It was a journey that started before U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services but ended before the Immigration Court at a huge cost to the immigrant.

President Obama's Alternatives to the Comprehensive Immigration Reform

It appears that the immigration secret of the Obama administration has been revealed. Few days ago, a memorandum that can bring smiles to the faces of many immigrants who are currently stranded in the United States without legal status was leaked to the public from the immigration secret bunker of President Obama’s administration. The U.S. Immigration News has obtained a copy of the memorandum and the immigrant community must be informed. It is not certain whether the government deliberately leaked the information to test the reaction of the public or some insiders were too anxious to let the public know ahead of the November election. Whichever one is true, it appears the Obama administration has some goodies over its sleeves for the benefits of all immigrants with immigration problems.
